Kari Matchett Biography

Kari Mixett is a Canadian actress best known for her roles on films like Apartment Hunting, â€Men with Brooms, and'The Tree of Life. She was raised in Spalding and attended the high school in Alberta. Acting was something she discovered during her teens. She attended the National Theatre School' in Montreal. Later she attended the Moscow Theatre School. In 1996, she appeared as an supporting role in the Canadian show 'The Rez. In the year 1996, she was a supporting role in the Canadian series called "The Rez.' In the latter part of the 90s, she also made her movie debut with the film called Papertrail. In the following years she appeared in films such a 'Men with Brooms’ and 'Cypher. In shows like "A Nero Wolfe Mystery" and "Blue Murder" she also performed in supporting roles. The actress was also seen in films until the early 2000s. However the films she appeared in were smaller than her television ones. In 1998 she was the lead character in the show 'Colleen Blessed' on the Canadian drama series  Power Play. The series received praise from critics and the public and ran for two seasons and 26 episodes. The role she played in the show earned her a 'Gemini Award. Jude Lyon Matchett was born to her in June of 2013. But she did not reveal the name of her son’s father. According to some sources, the father of her son is her ex-boyfriend. Kari Matchett met T.W. Peacocke and Kari Matchett in the late 1990s. They began to date and were married in 1998. But the wedding was a disaster and the couple broke from each other in 2006.

Rena Sherel Sofer is an American actress, known for her performances on the daytime network, occasional guest appearances, and made-for-television films. In 1995, Sofer received a Daytime Emmy Award for her performance of Lois Cerullo in the soap show General Hospital.
